Key Responsibilities

Execute the approved business plan to achieve territory targets and stewardship commitments.
Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts for sustainable volume and profitability.
Identify new opportunities for expansion and propose strategies to increase market share.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends recommending responsive strategies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and value-added service.
Collaborate with Supply & Distribution to support accurate product forecasting and planning.
Provide guidance and training to customers on product use and best practices.
Plan territory routes and sales calls efficiently to maximize return on time and resources.
Optimize working capital by managing credit extension and minimizing outstanding receivables.

Requirements

A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience in industrial fuels LPG lubricants or a related sales field is preferred.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal negotiation and analytical skills.
Must be willing to travel and possess own transportation.
