Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Representative supports customer service operations for a single-site team of moderate this role you will help optimize and monitor shipping and returns processes process customer orders (including more complex requests) and resolve order- or delivery-related issues.
The role implies working in a hybrid model with mandatory 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract of 2 years.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain accurate systems and working relationships to support customer demand forecasting and manage shipment- and inventory-related data
- Communicate with customers regarding order status invoices contract balances and other information required to complete sales transactions
- Execute customer service processes and standards including monitoring and maintaining order timelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and service commitments applying a foundational understanding of customer service practices and procedures
- Resolve routine customer issues independently and escalate more complex matters to appropriate team members or stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel at a basic level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience interacting with customers and resolving service-related issues
- Strong attention to detail adaptability and a customer- and business-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Good command of the English language
- Prior experience in a customer service or related role (e.g. sales support order management customer operations)
