Could you be the full-time Senior Tender Leader were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in tender management to a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

Youll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects by managing and coordinating tender processes ensuring compliance and contributing to strategic decision-making. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (legal financing tax insurance marketing design & styling and passenger experience) develop comprehensive commercial proposals and much more.

Youll specifically take care of defining tender strategies managing tender budgets and producing detailed proposals but also contribute to the development of Quality Cost and Delivery (QCD) definitions.

Well look to you for:

  • Deploying the Opportunity and Tender Management Process

  • Supporting pre-tendering activities both internally and with customers/prospects

  • Organizing tenders and defining strategies including pricing strategies

  • Coordinating all aspects of tender preparation including legal financial and administrative documentation

  • Negotiating with customers supported by the Customer Director and Bid Manager

  • Managing the transfer of projects to the Project Manager

  • Contributing to the Return of Experience (REX) through Win/Loss Analysis (WLA) and implementing lessons learned

  • Degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of tender and bid management processes

  • Knowledge of commercial and financial principles

  • Familiarity with legal tax and compliance aspects of tendering

  • A project management certification is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
