The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for sales and promotion of J&J Trauma products within the healthcare services industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing support for executive leaders in the Clinical Sales - Surgeons function.
- Guiding other team members through delegation and review to ensure accuracy timeliness and quality of deliverables.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism efficiency personal communication discretion and independent judgment. Demonstrating vast understanding of the changing market dynamics in healthcare and understands the responsibility and requirements on the organization to compete. Viable contributor which would include market knowledge of Health Economics and Industry Trends Customer Segmentation customer data knowledge and buying process.
- Prioritizing tasks for the sales to surgeons and other OR staff and advising team on the execution of tasks to ensure accuracy timeliness and quality of deliverables.
- Helping to facilitate regular biweekly opportunity / pipeline reviews with leadership using a consistent methodology focusing on next actions.
- Helping to lead the coordination of product demonstrations and clinical presentations for networking events conferences and outside symposiums.
- Serving as a power user of and lead sales training for CRM and other commercial enablement tools.
- Contributing advanced knowledge on product information best practices and technical troubleshooting in order to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products services and/or solutions.
- Educating customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.
- Providing advanced sales or clinical support to promote and sell products.
- Helping to train entry-level sales representatives in improving their product knowledge communication techniques and relationship building skills.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- University degree (medical education or related sciences education would be an advantage)
- Working with Medical Devices (Orthopedics) products is mandatory; minimum of 3 years experience expected
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with business clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market
- Creativity high level of motivation ethical approach in achieving business goals
- High level of energy engagement and responsibility
- Fluent knowledge of English language native level of Polish
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Mobility (availability to travel frequently)
- Driving license category B
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
Should you accept this position it is anticipated that following conclusion of the transaction you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes programs policies and benefit that case details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 12958 PLN gross/monthly to 20700 PLN gross/monthly.
In addition to base pay we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location where the actual amount is based on the employees and companies performance of the previous calendar year or sales commissions.
