The Talent AcquisitionSpecialistis responsible forattracting evaluating and referring candidates for open positions throughrecruitingwebsitesemployeereferrals on-site recruiting and other sourcing candidates toascertainfit schedules interviewsreceives andretainsfeedback extends offers and negotiates compensation. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
This person also plays a key role in promoting LavazzasTalentBrand through recruiting eventsandrecruiting portal presence.A key focus area for this role will betobuild a university recruiting and talent acquisition planthat may or may not include Internship Co-Op this person will scan the market toidentifynew contemporary channels for sourcing talent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full life cycle recruiting process from posting roles to extending offersbypartnering with the HRBusiness Partnersand Coordinatorto ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build strategic talent pipelines effective recruitment marketing campaigns and positive relationships with workforce development partners.
- Partner closely with agency recruiting partners to fill open roles as needed.
- Createmaintain andanalysetalent acquisition KPIs to ensureprogress
- Provide direction to hiring managers for interviewing candidates
- Determineappropriate recruitingsources based upon recruiting need (skills needed urgency of need experience with sources etc.). Support promote from within policy through internal referral promotion.
- Produce regular reports on progress against key KPIs
- Establish and build a successful campus recruiting strategywith local universities.
- Collaborate and partner with hiring managers on best recruiting practices and processes to provide guidance support and recommendations on candidates.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiringprocesses to ensure a positive experience
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-5years of professional recruiting experience including successful experience recruiting in consulting staffing and corporate environments.
- Experienceinutilizing current sourcing and recruiting methods and tools including but not limited to social media tools like LinkedIn Twitter Blogs etc
- Experience recruiting forroles up toSenior level
- Strong sense of urgency initiative and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes
- Effective oral/written communication skills as well as consultative skills with the ability to understand the needs and urgency of assigned positions are essential.
- A strong team player attitude fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments.
- Open and willing attitudeable to giveand receivefeedback in a positive and productive manner.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of time
