Roles and Responsibilities
Tender Management:
- Prepare and submit tenders for protection and control systems.
- Ensure all tender documents are accurate complete and compliant with client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop competitive tender proposals.
Offer Coordination:
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of offers to clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of offer documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues or queries related to offers.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients.
- Aim for win-win outcomes that satisfy both client needs and company objectives.
- Ensure all negotiated agreements are documented and approved according to company policies.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Customer Support:
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in sales or tendering with a focus on protection and control systems.
- Proven experience in tendering processes for protection and control in offer coordination and agreement negotiation.
- Strong understanding of protection and control systems and their applications.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English knowledge.
