Job Summary

We are looking for an Supply Chain Excellence Specialist who will act as a technical and strategic expert within Integrated Supply Chain driving advanced process improvements digitalization and operational excellence across multiple sites or regions. You will provide deep process expertise lead complex improvement initiatives and influence decisionmaking through datadriven this role you will serve as a key link between operational teams and leadership ensuring sustainable performance continuous improvement and innovation.

This is a sensitive position according to the OEA Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.

This position is based in Monte Mor São Paulo Brazil.

Tetra Pak does not offer work visa sponsorship or relocation support.

What you will do

As a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist you will:

  • Leading highimpact improvement projects focused on process optimization digitalization and operational excellence maturity across multiple sites;
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for core supply chain and manufacturing processes providing guidance and advanced problemsolving for systemic issues;
  • Driving benchmarking initiatives bestpractice sharing and continuous improvement at a regional level;
  • Supporting strategic decisionmaking through advanced analytics KPI interpretation and performance insights;
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams and external partners to implement innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with global standards;
  • Mentoring and coaching senior analysts and operational teams on process excellence Lean/continuous improvement and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodologies;
  • Ensuring robust governance and alignment of improvement initiatives with business priorities and longterm operational strategies.

We believe you have

  • Solid experience in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations or related fields with a strong track record in process improvement and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) /Lean deployment;
  • Strong process expertise and advanced proficiency with digital tools and platforms that enable operational excellence;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders at multiple levels across the organization;
  • Excellent analytical skills including experience interpreting KPIs and using performance data to drive decisionmaking;
  • Strong understanding of Change Management principles and the ability to support cultural and behavioral transformation;
  • Project Management certification (such as PMP Prince2 or equivalent experience) is preferred;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional and regional environments.
