Experience - Min. 2 yrs. as a fitter
Location - Prahladpura Sanganer(Jaipur)
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Installation: Assemble and install mechanical systems equipment and machinery according to blueprints drawings or engineering instructions.
Fitting & Maintenance: Carry out fitting and maintenance tasks on various machinery and equipment ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical faults in equipment and machinery and carry out repairs or recommend replacements when necessary.
Quality Control: Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications and standards; maintain documentation of inspections and repairs.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and practices during the fitting assembling and maintenance processes; ensure that tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance to avoid machinery breakdowns and ensure the longevity of equipment.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities parts used and any changes or repairs made to machinery.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
