Location: Community Hospital of San Bernardino CA
Scheduling: Choose between a day shift with no call or weekends or a traditional call schedule
Hours: flexible up to 55 hours per week
Case Types: Bread-and-butter cases including GI GYN and General Surgery
Shifts: 10 12 or 14-hour shifts
Operating Rooms: 3 ORs in daily operation
Qualifications:
Active CA state license and DEA
Board certified or board eligible (in process)
ACLS and PALS certified
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $250/hour (1099) or $577149 annual salary (W2)
Sign-On Bonus: $20000
Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10000
