POSITION OVERVIEWThe Carlisle School Committee seeks an exceptional Superintendent to serve as the districts chief executive instructional leader and steward of its educational vision. The Superintendent leads with purpose ensuring that the districts vision for teaching learning and student experience is clearly defined strategically advanced and embedded in the daily life of the is a small high-performing PreK8 school district serving approximately 600 students on a single campus. This structure creates an intimate collaborative learning community where the Superintendent plays a uniquely visible and hands-on role in shaping the districts educational VISION & INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIPDefine articulate and champion a clear educational the vision informs strategic planning curriculum decisions instructional practice and professional high-quality instructional programs that support academic social and emotional inclusive practices and support diverse and monitor annual and multi-year district CULTURE & BELONGINGFoster a welcoming inclusive and innovative student-centered strong relationships with both staff and families through transparent a visible presence across the school with local organizations and town partners. ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP & DISTRICT MANAGEMENTOversee all district operations including budgeting staffing facilities and as hiring and supervising authority for all district and manage the annual budget in collaboration. Lead planning for academics staffing facilities technology and fiscal Carlisle Public School in regional and state with Concord-Carlisle Regional School District to support alignment and student transitions.
