Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is highly organised detail-driven and passionate about people. This role offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle onboarding HR administration and regional talent projects within a structured and professional HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment process including screening interview coordination reference checks and offer administration.
- Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing communication with recruitment agencies.
- Maintain and update recruitment systems vacancy schedules and staff file documentation.
- Draft and circulate internal vacancy advertisement.
- Manage onboarding processes contracts documentation and first-day readiness.
- Assist with induction sessions and performance appraisal tracking.
- Support payroll administration submissions and HR audits.
- Contribute to regional talent acquisition initiatives and HR projects.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in HR or similar
- Minimum 2 years experience within a Human Resources environment
- Strong recruitment knowledge and administrative capability
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
