Job Summary

Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. We strive to identify and satisfy our customers needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory and hydraulic CNC tube bender. We pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers whether in the oilfield construction medical manufacturing military or government.

As a Warehouse Associate you would be responsible to perform various warehouse functions such as putting away product maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing orders and pre-made assemblies. The Warehouse Associate will also provide support to Counter Sales when needed.

This is a full-time position with benefits at our location in Denver CO.

The Warehouse Associate duties include but are not limited to:

Warehouse Duties
- Receiving and putting away product.
- Prepare assemble package and ship customer orders per customer requirements
- Ensure inventory accuracy by updating the system when issues are seen or working to get issues resolved.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop.
- Cycle counting inventory.
- Building pre-made assemblies.
- Provide driver support.
Counter Sales Duties
- Greet and work with customers at the counter to identify and satisfy the customers needs for a quote/order in a profitable and timely manner.
- Receive phone calls and emails and work with the sales team and customers to identify and satisfy the customers needs for quotes/orders in a profitable and timely manner.
- For items the store does not carry create a PO and send to vendor/other branch.
- Work with Field Sales Representatives to generate more business by providing referrals and following up for the results.

The job requires:

Ability to lift up to 75lbs at a time
Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
Attention to detail
Basic computer and math skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
A valid driver license with a good driving record

Level of Education and Work Experience:

Must be 21 years or older to drive a company vehicle
General education degree (GED) H.S. diploma associates or bachelors degree
Prior warehouse or similar industry experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly:$25.00 - $33.00 per hour (base pay of $25.00/hour to $31/hour plus quarterly profit sharing)
Schedule:40 hours a week; Monday to Friday with scheduled Saturday morning rotations (8 am - noon)
