Employment Type: FT 38 Hours Per Week 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

As the Assistant Director at Goodstartyoullleverageyourexpertiseand leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role you will:

Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care

Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team

Be responsible forthe overall management of the centre in the Centre Directors absence

Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

About Goodstart Brighton SA:

Were a smaller 75-place long day care centre

Seeking an experienced Assistant Director or Room Leader ready to take the next step in their leadership career by joining our dedicated team!

Many of our staff have been with us for five to 15 years. Our centre director Mel brings 25 years of experience across Goodstart services.
