As a Business Analyst in the Salesforce team within JPM PI you will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective solutions and supporting the delivery of products and features that drive operational excellence by leveraging out of the box platform capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to overcome challenges manage dependencies and ensure the successful release of enhancements that maximize platform value.
In this role you will develop your expertise by engaging in change management activities supporting end-users and maintaining high standards of system integrity and compliance. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and products while building your skills and advancing your career in an environment that prioritizes growth learning and best practices.
Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by gathering requirements and delivering scalable best-practice solutions
- Supports the collection of user research journey mapping and business processes to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to stakeholders
- Writes the requirements epics and user stories to support product development
- Act as a scrum master to coordinate sprint activities for the delivery team
- Coordinate and participate in peer and business testing to ensure new solutions meet the requirements and are ready for production rollout
- Support and train end-users to drive adoption and maximize the platforms capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with broader Salesforce initiatives and improvements
- Participate in release and change management activities compliance with the firms risk controls and regulatory standards
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Analyzes tracks and evaluates product metrics across the product development life cycle
- Stay on top of newest Salesforce product releases and proactively offer them to stakeholders to improve their experience
- Configure complex reports and dashboards to enhance service operations
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in business analysis product management or project management
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
