Werelooking for a confident curious and credible Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment activity for our South Africanoffices.Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Managerin the UK you will bepart of our global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence you will be the TalentAcquisitionexpert for South Africadelivering and influencingrecruitment across all business areas and acting as a trusted partner to leaders.
This role could be based in our South Africa office inSandton Johannesburgor in our UK office in Bournemouth.

Key Actions
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for South Africa you will:
- Own endtoend hiringacross all functionsforourSouth Africaofficesfromadvertisingto offer
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers coaching them to adopt bestpractice recruitment behaviours that lead to better faster more inclusive hiring choices
- Champion a worldclass candidate experience ensuring every interaction is positivetimely and reflects the Vitality purpose and brand
- Use your curiosity and insight to influence hiring decisions challenge constructively and raise the bar on quality
- Build strong partnerships with HR business leaders and the wider TA Centre of Excellence to ensure alignment agility and continuous improvement
- Proactively source diverse talent developing talent pipelines and smart search strategies forour hard to fill roles
- Use data and storytelling toshare insightsidentifymarket trends and guide leaders to make confident decisions
- Support the evolution of our recruitment processes toolspartnershipsand ways of working to ensurewerealways delivering brilliant basics and meaningful innovation
