Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Contributing actively to an international project team driving global HR transformation projects
- Esurance and promotion of intuitive design within product development and testing
- Creation of intuitive user experiences by designing compelling user interfaces for our future employee portal
- Identifying technical risks and challenges
- Continuous optimisation and adaptation of existing user interfaces and user experiences based on user feedback market needs and industry best practices
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- A degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT
- Extensive experience configuring and developing within Workday Recruiting
- Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
- Knowledge of Workday Web Services and APIs for integration with external systems (e.g. finance payroll and third-party vendors) is an advantage
- Proficiency in system integration methodologies especially for Workday
Desirable extras.
- Preferably experience with ServiceNow
- German language skills are a plus
