Position Mission: Define Digital Transformation Strategy and ensure the right implementation through initiatives aligned with Business strategy and needs and IT. Is also co-responsible to define with the other IT departments a solid architecture supporting the business needs & operations and ensuring scalability & Engie ITs guidelines (cybersecurity data cloud).
Your Impact: As Digital Solutions Sr Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:
Define an enterprise applications strategy by following local regional and global guidelines to continue with Engie Digital transformation. Define guide and ensure IT solutions by following best practices in terms of methodologies right vendors selection long term solutions and covering business need. All of this according to a value realization process to keep efforts focused right in value to business.
Be an strategic part of IT Direction by guiding annual strategy: Projects definition Initiatives and technology evaluation Savings based in technology optimization Budget management (Capex/Opex) Vendors Selection Architectural and Methodology Guidelines
Ensure the correct implementation and coordination with ENGIE Global Business Support for the operations of new and existing digital solutions at all ENGIE Mexico sites ensuring compliance with service levels with the aim of avoiding interruptions in IT services internal and critical processes for business continuity always attached to the best architectural operational and cybersecurity practices. Additional to follow monitor and communicate individual and transversal Operational KPIs.
In accordance with the defined strategy is responsible to ensure that IT Solutions comply with internal controls and policies defined by the company which are subject to internal and external reviews and audits. Additional is responsible of maintain up to date components of critical solutions in order to avoid business interruption
Ensures the commitments acquired with third parties with their corresponding contracts and NDAs to ensure the correct execution of the budget also maintaining a long-term relationship with suppliers that generate value for the company always aligned with the ethical and compliance standards defined by the company.
Requirements: To join our team as Digital Solutions Sr Manager we are looking for:
- Education and Experience: Engineer in Systems Computing Electronics and Communications or related.
Desirable Diploma or Masters Degree in Information Technology Systems Operation Busines5 years as IT Delivery Manager Digital Solutions or Enterprise Architect10 years of experience in Information Technology Systems Operation Architecture Application Projects.
- Technical Skills: Preparation and expertise in Digital Transformation IT Optimization and App modernization. ITIL Change management BRM DevSecOps AWS and Enterprise Architecture
Knowledge of Project Methodologies (Traditional and Agile)Knowledge related to Observability and Site Reliability Engineering. - Key Competencies: Proactive Innovative Resilient Leader of high performance teams strategic self-management frustration tolerance teamwork negotiator solutions oriented.
