Job Summary
The Opportunity:
Join WorkPac as Manager of Professional & Specialist Recruitment overseeing a high performing national team focused on contingent professional technical and specialist recruitment. Working closely with the Group Sales and National Accounts team this role plays a key part in strengthening and expanding national client partnerships whilst identifying new opportunities across temporary fixed-term and permanent recruitment solutions. This role carries full accountability for your teams success leading performance workforce planning and productivity while fostering a high-performing engaged culture. Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Oversee the delivery of tailored recruitment and workforce solutions across a diverse portfolio of professional and corporate clients
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth client acquisition and market expansion
- Provide leadership coaching and performance guidance to Team Leaders and Recruitment Coordinators
- Manage operational performance ensuring service excellence while proactively resolving client and candidate matters
- Analyse and report on key performance metrics market insights and pipeline activity to inform strategic decision-making
