About the role

The Payroll Systems Support Analyst supports the delivery of payroll and time and attendance systems including configuration of systems and supporting with projects. The main focus will be UKG ensuring user access issues are resolved in a timely manner troubleshooting errors and identifying integration issues. This role will ensure that UKG and Kronos are aligned with iChris setup.

This role sits within our broader People Systems Team and may be required to support other People Systems including Workday.

This is a permanent position based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Providing technical support for systems report requests working closely with stakeholders to resolve user issues including access and maintaining UKG user profiles
  • Support and train end users in UKG and iChris systems/processes
  • Ensuring UKG is updated with correct paygrades positions and other details required to remain compliant
  • Manage and resolve integration errors (iChris and UKG)
  • Check and troubleshoot devices escalating to IT as required
  • Report writing to respond to business requests
  • Support system maintenance configuration upgrades and projects
  • Drive process improvement with the broader people systems team

About You

  • Commitment to engage and align with HammondCares Christian Mission Motivation and Mission in Action
  • At least 3 years demonstrated experience in payroll services and systems
  • Strong software experience in UKG/KRONOS
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
  • Demonstrated experience supporting end users and resolving issues in clear and simple language
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Understanding the impact of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements on workers pay
  • Experience with Chris21/iChris preferred
