Role Description:Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies Were looking for a Principal Consultant to join our team.

Were seeking a Principal Consultant SAP BTP Integration with deep experience delivering at scale in SAFe/Agile environments across complex multisystem SAP programs. You will architect build and operate endtoend integrations across SAP and nonSAP landscapes usingSAP BTP Integration Suite(Cloud Integration/CPI API Management Event Mesh). You will drive integration design governance security and CI/CD automation while ensuring compliance with Australian data residency and privacy regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• AFe/Agile delivery:Operate within SAFe/Agile release trains lead integration features/stories define DoR/DoD and contribute to program increments across large SAP transformations.
• Endtoend integration delivery:Design develop test deploy and support integrations across SAP and nonSAP systems usingSAP BTP Integration Suite(CPI APIM Event Mesh).
• Integration architecture:Implement scalable resilient reusable integration architectures and patterns (synchronous/asynchronous pub/sub eventdriven batch requestreply).
• Workshops & documentation:Lead integration design workshops; produce functional and technical specs interface contracts canonical models and sequence/flow diagrams for business and IT stakeholders.
• Adapters & protocols:Configure deploy and monitor interfaces leveraging adapters/protocols includingHTTP IDoc JMS SFTP OData SOAP REST AMQP.
• Secure file transfers:Design and implement secure filebased integrations usingSFTP FTPS AS2for SAP and nonSAP endpoints.
• Security & compliance:Ensure integrations meet enterprise security data privacy segregation of duties andAustralian data residency / Privacy Actand sector regulatory requirements (e.g.APRA ATO payroll/STPwhere applicable).
• CI/CD & DevOps:Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for iFlows APIs and Event Mesh configurations usingGit Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions andSAP CTS/Transport Management.
• Identity & access:IntegrateCAP(CAPM) services with Integration SuiteEvent Mesh IAS XSUAA; architect and configureSAP IAS/IPSfor authentication and user provisioning.
• API lifecycle:Develop secure and publish APIs and integration flows inSAP API Managementwith policies for authentication rate limiting quotas threat protection and analytics.
• Standard content enablement:Leverage and extend SAP standard content (iFlows APIs adapters) forS/4HANA SuccessFactors Ariba Concur and BTP services.
• Operations:Provide L3 operational support monitoring alerting defect/incident resolution and RCA for production integration scenarios; optimize for reliability and performance.
• Lifecycle management:Participate in upgrades migrations and continuous improvement initiatives (performance tuning cost optimization developer experience).
• ALE/IDoc:Design and supportSAP ALEandIDocintegrations betweenECC/S/4HANAand external systems.

Essential:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
• Over 15 years of experience in SAP programs and implementations specifically focusing on BTP integration Suite and related technology platforms

Preferred:

• 57 yearsin enterprise integration with5 yearsonSAP BTP Integration Suite(CPI APIM Event Mesh).
• Proven delivery withinSAFe/Agileframeworks on large multivendor SAP programs.
• Strong handson with CPI (message mappings Groovy/JavaScript scripts error handling content modifiers exception subprocesses).
• Deep knowledge of integration patterns and protocols: IDoc/ALE OData SOAP/REST JMS/AMQP SFTP/FTPS/AS2 webhooks certificates/keys OAuth2/SAML/JWT.
• Experience implementingAPIfirstandeventdrivenarchitectures (domain events topic design deadletter handling replay strategies).
• CI/CD for SAP integration artifacts usingGitand one or more ofAzure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions; experience withCTS / Transport Management.
• Security architecture across BTP:IAS/IPS XSUAA role collections/scopes destination service key management mTLS network allowlists IP filtering.
• CAP ( service integration with Integration Suite and Event Mesh.
• Demonstrated experience withS/4HANAintegration (AIF IDoc OData BAPIs RFC) and at least one ofSuccessFactors/Ariba/Concur.
• Operational excellence: monitoring (BTP Monitor Exception Logs Splunk/CloudWatch/Azure Monitor) alerting SLA management RCA.
• Understanding ofAustralian data residency Privacy Act and sector regulations (e.g.APRA CPS 234ATOreporting/Payroll STP contexts).
