What does a Upper School History Teacher do

As a Full Time Upper School History Teacher at James Island Christian School you will play an instrumental role in integrating biblical principles and a Christian worldview into your curriculum. Would you be a great Upper School History Teacher

To excel as a Full Time Upper School History Teacher at James Island Christian School candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree or higher in education or a related field along with a certification from the state of South Carolina and/or the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) or be eligible for certification. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effectively delivering lessons that integrate a biblical worldview while engaging students in the learning process. Proficiency in educational software and tools will aid in submitting lesson plans posting grades and managing classroom activities. Additionally a passion for fostering both academic excellence and spiritual growth is crucial enabling you to inspire students and support their comprehensive development in a Christ-centered environment.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
