Job Summary
Meuth Concrete is seeking a dedicated HR / Benefits Manager to join our team in Henderson this role you will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs and supporting various human resources functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This position offers a competitive compensation of $28.00 per week paid weekly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve related issues.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefit vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support recruitment onboarding and employee relations efforts.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and benefits documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with developing HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software is a plus.
- Experience with Isolved would be great but not required.
- Keep employee drivers records current. Examples notify employee when licenses or medical card need renewal.
- Competent in excel word and outlook.
