Job Summary

Mission Recruiting proudly represents a national law firm that is expanding its California general liability practice and adding attorneys at multiple levels. This is a hands-on litigation role with meaningful responsibility and a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office) that keeps office time focused and remote days productive.

Own general liability defense matters from early strategy through resolution
Draft pleadings written discovery and substantive motions
Take and defend depositions including expert discovery as needed
Partner on case strategy reporting and client communication
Manage deadlines filings and day-to-day case organization
Salary range: $150000 to $195000 plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits (medical dental vision life disability and 401(k))
