The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing effective and efficient administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager as well as the department
- Coordinating functions projects and programmes that support the DA as a learning organisation
- Ensuring effective communication between the department and all its stakeholders
- Ensuring effective record-keeping and reporting of department activities
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Overall supporting the department in reaching all of its objectives

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Two years experience in an administrative role
- Project management experience (advantageous)
- Basic financial management experience (advantageous)
- Valid drivers licence
- Access to a vehicle for occasional business related use (advantageous)
- Computer literacy particularly MS Office suite
