The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detailoriented fastlearning Account Management Administrator to support our Corporate Accounts this role you will help maintain accurate account information respond to client inquiries update records in Salesforce and assist with reporting and bookings. If youre organized eager to learn and enjoy ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact.

This is a full-time 12-month contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule working at least 2 days in the downtown Toronto office (150 York Street).

What Youll Do:

  • Respond to corporate client requestsincluding account updates roster file adjustments and adhoc inquiriesaccurately and in a timely manner.

  • Support the preparation of daily and monthly reports to ensure correct pricing and eligibility in collaboration with the Bookings Reception and Finance teams.

  • Conduct audit and data validation activities to ensure all corporate account information is accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain update and retrieve corporate account data within Salesforce CRM and other internal systems as required.

  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to all clientrelated requests.

What Youll Need:

  • A customercentric mindset with the ability to manage adhoc inquiries and provide clear accurate responses.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with both corporate clients and internal partners.

  • Ability to learn CRM systems quickly; strong attention to detail with proven capability in auditing and data validation.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook Excel); experience with CRM systemsideally Salesforceis an asset.

  • Experience in administration account coordination or client service is an asset.

Position Pay Range

$47831.00 - $65767.25 CAD annually

Pay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidates experience and qualifications within the roles compensation grade. Medcans compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills market value and internal equity. The above range pertains solely to the base compensation and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks benefits and potential bonuses or incentives.
