Compensation for this position is typically aligned with the minimum to midpoint of the salary range. However higher compensation within the range may be considered for candidates who fully meet or exceed all preferred qualifications and demonstrate exceptional experience and expertise.

Position Summary:
The SIUE Foundation seeks a skilled proactive and detail-oriented Database Manager SIUE Foundation to oversee the administration performance integrity and security of the Foundations constituent relationship management (CRM) systems with primary responsibility for Blackbaud Raisers Edge.
This role is essential to advancing alumni engagement donor relations and fundraising strategies across the university. The Database Manager will serve as a technical leader data steward and problem-solver ensuring accurate reliable and actionable data to support strategic decision-making.

Illinois Residency Requirement: Pursuant to the State Universities Civil Service System out-of-state candidates must establish Illinois residency within 180 calendar days of the start date for this position.
Illinois residency requires proof of a valid Illinois Drivers License or state of Illinois ID Card. Failure to produce the required documentation within 180 calendar days is grounds for immediate separation.
