Role Overview:

The NA Rolls Product Manager will lead the application and design team to develop and implement a product strategy and drive it throughout the North American market and the sales regions. You will manage the Rolls product portfolio leading the product lines to achieve our target sales and market share. You will represent the product lines needs internally with R&D and Global Product Management for our marketplace. Lastly you will market the product line brands and work to position it with our desired customers in the market and in a strong market share position by working in alignment with sales and global applications management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Product Management engineering and applications teams to support product initiatives.
• Launch and promote new roll products in the NA market.

• Collaborate with Global Product Management and R&D.
• Represent NA in technical and R&D meetings.
• Develop strategic business plans to meet sales and order targets.
• Support sales/service teams and customer engagement.
• Oversee product/process improvements and troubleshooting.

• Travel 50% of the time including annual international meeting.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of project management experience.
• Bachelors degree in engineering chemical or related field preferred.
• Strong communication organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel Word JDE and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of paper machine rolls and mill safety is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular sitting walking standing; occasional stooping or kneeling.
• PPE required in designated areas.
