Your Tasks

Winnership HR Generalist is our internship program designed to provide meaningful work experience and professional development opportunities for People with Disabilities (PWD) in a supportive and inclusive working environment.
Candidates will be selected based on skills potential and relevant experience.

As an HR Winnership Intern you will support the HR team in daily HR operations with a generalist scope gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes.

  • Assist in job posting CV screening and interview scheduling
  • Support recruitment administration and documentation
  • Support employer branding initiatives (contents visuals campaigns)
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and experience activities
  • Support training coordination attendance tracking and materials
  • Maintain employee data and HR records
  • Assist with attendance tracking and payroll administration support
  • Prepare simple HR reports and trackers
  • Support HR projects and daily operational activities

Your Profile

  • This position is open for People with Disabilities (PWD)
  • Fresh graduate or final-year students in Psychology Management HR Business Administration Communication or related fields
  • Strong interest in Human Resources Employer Branding and Employee Experience
  • Willing to learn end-to-end HR processes
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); ability to use Canva or similar tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented organized and responsible
  • Creative proactive and communicative
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Previous internship experience is a plus
