Role Overview
As an Outbound Sales Consultant you will proactively manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers driving both retention and revenue growth. On a daily basis youll engage directly with decision-makers uncovering opportunities to provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
This role gives you the chance to make a tangible impact on business outcomes influence account strategy and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers driving retention and revenue growth
- Engage directly with business owners and decision-makers to uncover opportunities and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed individual sales retention and growth targets
- Maintain accurate account records forecasts and pipeline management in CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and support business objectives
- Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and take action to address them
- Build strong trust-based relationships becoming a valued advisor to your customers
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in outbound sales account management or customer growth
- Experience working in a high-volume call environment managing multiple accounts efficiently
- Commercially-minded and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Confident engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Skilled at uncovering opportunities and providing tailored solutions that drive revenue
- Highly organised and able to manage a portfolio of accounts independently
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
