Job Summary
The Fusion Release Program Management (FRPM) team works closely with Fusion Release Fusion Application teams FMW DB teams to implement and deliver cross-functional programs and ventral processes to meet Oracle and Customer Needs.
FRPM team is looking for a Rockstar Technical Program Manager to join this fast paced and dynamic release/program management team. You will be responsible for management and execution of release based cross functional programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute release based cross functional programs in the Fusion Release Management area.
- Interface with Fusion Development QA and Release team for logistics planning and tracking.
- Responsible for the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program/project including resource and change management.
- Proactively identify potential risks/issues and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive multiple projects across multiple Fusion Application releases at any given time which can span from small to large scale.
- Work closely with Fusion central release management team and development teams to setup and document new processes.
- Leadership skills to step in and drive projects from any phase.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109200 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
