We are looking for a Senior Manager Manufacturing Excellence to join our team in one of todays most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Head of Manufacturing and will be based in Fremont CA. This is a fully on-site in office role 5 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Operational modeling: Create and maintain accurate models for capacity wip labor consumables and any other input to our manufacturing lines.
  • Reporting: Collect data coming from the manufacturing floor and translate it into actionable and informative dashboards that can be used to both drive daily operations as well as informing the companys C-suite
  • Strategic Leadership: Identify the biggest levers to impact output cost and working capital depending on the companys priorities. Translate them to projects that can be executed by the manufacturing team under the guidance of the program management team.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Drive collaboration between Engineering Production Supply Chain Facilities to ensure seamless execution of operational improvements.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address operational technical and regulatory risks to safeguard business continuity.

Skills and Experience:

  • Overall: Energetic and passionate about moving the factory forward using a data driven approach
  • Education: Bachelors degree required
  • Experience: 8 years in a relevant role in a highly automated and high-throughput Manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong analytical mindset and passionate about factory physics. Hands-on experience with SQL and factory simulations software is a plus.
  • Leadership Competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking decision-making and problem-solving skills. Able to influence and lead without direct authority across diverse teams.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and external stakeholders.
