DescriptionAs a Senior Manager of Data Center Reliability Engineering you will lead teams responsible for improving system availability through analytics predictive maintenance and standardized reliability practices. This role sets the methods and metrics for reliability across the portfolio. This role executes organizational strategy around evaluating scoped sites against Oracles requirements for data centers. Implements organizational collaboration strategy with multidisciplinary internal and external teams to design the power cooling and air flow designs for the data center infrastructure. Executes organizational processes around failure analyses and responses to emergencies. Implements assessment processes for data center infrastructure and for the evaluation of plans provided by the Build and Engineering Services (BES) team. Implements organizational strategy around determining cooling requirements and architectural tradeoffs to ensure the white space design meets their requirements to manage variables such as heat humidity and air flow. Drives organizational research goals around innovative new data center designs materials and/or methods.
Responsibilities- Lead reliability engineering and analytics teams across multiple sites.
- Standardize and enforce FMEA RCA and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Oversee deployment of monitoring analytics and automation tools supporting reliability programs.
- Define track and report reliability KPIs to executive and global operations leadership.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented verified and sustained.
- Develop engineers and analysts in disciplined data-driven problem solving.
- Senior experience in reliability engineering maintenance engineering or uptime-critical environments.
- Strong background in analytics RCA rigor and reliability frameworks.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder influence.
- Comfortable translating analysis into executive-level decisions.
