Training Details
- March 10th May 1 2026
- TuesdayFriday 10:00 AM 2:30 PM
- 144 hours of paid instruction ($15/hour)
- Designed to work around your current schedule
After training youll audition to demonstrate mastery of the material learned. After successfully completing the probationary period team members will be eligible for a $1/hour wage increase based on gaming knowledge.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
- Learn and demonstrate strong guest service while dealing craps in a friendly professional and engaging manner
- Deal games in accordance with company policies internal controls and Illinois Gaming Board regulations
- Accurately exchange currency for chips and pay/collect bets following house rules
- Maintain game protection and follow proper security and control procedures
- Develop and meet departmental dealer efficiency and performance standards
- Maintain a polished professional appearance and represent Caesars Entertainment positively at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members and support a positive team-focused environment
- Remain attentive and focused on mastering new skills throughout the duration of the class
- Attend every scheduled training session; consistent attendance is required and subject to the programs attendance policy.
- Class is set to begin: March 10th May 1st
- Dates/Times: Tuesday Friday 10:00am 2:30 PM
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
QualificationsQualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Must be able to perform basic math quickly
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public; ability to speak distinctly and persuasively
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts or stressful customer interactions
- Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives
Job Demands:
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have the following games - Blackjack
- Must be able to sit stand or walk for long periods of time (minimum 4 hours)
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when addressing conflicts
- Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and have the ability to push pull reach bend twist stoop and kneel
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing dust loud noises and bright lights
- Must be able to work varied shifts weekends and holidays as needed
