The EMEA Business Process Expert Source to Pay (STP) plays a key role in supporting SAP S/4HANA rollouts integrating newly acquired entities and driving continuous improvement across procurement processes within the EMEA region. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT ensuring bestpractice adoption process alignment and highquality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Project Leadership
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA deployments and integration activities across the EMEA region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for procurement processes supporting SAP MM Ariba IBP and cross-functional integration with Finance.
- Contribute to the design enhancement and rollout of global SourcetoPay (STP) processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable efficient IT solutions covering purchasing supplier management invoice processing and payment processes.
Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate issue resolution activities ensuring timely corrective actions in partnership with process managers and stakeholders across the organization.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within procurement to drive automation efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure highquality documentation including process descriptions functional specifications and change request analyses.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with procurement process owners business units and central IT teams to ensure alignment and support adoption of best practices.
- Foster a collaborative high-performing team culture through effective communication coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Training & Change Enablement
- Organize deliver and continuously improve internal user training programs.
- Provide support for international project initiatives and facilitate change management efforts.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP projects within a similar role.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM; experience with Ariba and IBP is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing or supporting S/4HANA environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement and SourcetoPay processes endtoend.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured IT solutions.
- Solid understanding of integration points with Finance and other SAP modules.
- Proficiency in process documentation analysis and functional specification writing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive decisions and corrective actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities both technical and business-facing.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven capability to deliver training and support user adoption.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the EMEA region.
- Strong commitment to supporting digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluent business English - verbal and written - is a must. Any further languages are a plus.
