Job Summary
As Engagement Associate youll support the sustainability engagement function with coordination analysis reporting and project management. Working closely with senior stakeholders youll help turn strategy into action and ensure structured planning and follow-up across key sustainability engagement activities. This is a junior role with great potential to grow and develop for the right candidate
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head of Engagement with analysis strategic planning including OKRs quarterly follow-ups and budget tracking
- Supporting function administration and overall planning
- Facilitating coordination and planning with other internal functions
- Supporting internal and external engagement leads with event coordination content creation and engagement activities
- Ensuring communicating and following up on engagement governance processes
- Owning general updates to stakeholder groups
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Youll work closely with the Sustainability Engagement team other Sustainability teams and internal functions across H&M Group. Youll also collaborate with external partners and industry organisations.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a person with
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Sustainability Business Administration Engineering or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience from either corporate functions consulting sustainability project coordination or similar roles
- An understanding of the fashion industry from a sustainability perspective
- Experience supporting engagement activities coordination and reporting processes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- The ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Proficiency in MS Office including Copilot
And a person who is
- Structured and reliable with strong attention to follow-up and timely delivery
- Collaborative relationship-driven and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Curious proactive and eager to contribute to continuous improvement
