Job Summary
WHATS THE JOB
We are hiring a Tim Hortons - Food Service Supervisor who is willing to take the next lead role .
Primary duties and personalities includes:-
- Leadership ability and willing ness to lead a team
- Achieve Regular Shift Objectives
- Guide Subordinates as to Food Standard/ Company Policies
- Handle Guest Complaints
- Willing and Can-Do attitude
- Ability to showcase urgency and ownership
- Works well within a Team
- Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
- Ensure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with milk cream butter etc.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Follow all food safety standards and systems.
- Empty garbage change linen bags and dispose of garbage and recycling
- Communicate to all Servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive memorable experience
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications :

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Tim Hortons: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification
