Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Security with experience in the upper-luxury hospitality sector and strong knowledge of Raffles brand values LQA and Forbes Standards. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and solid experience in security operations emergency response SOPs P&Ps and local regulations. Experience in budgeting P&L and Trophy processes project planning and a strong commitment to guest safety and service excellence will be highly valued.
Qualifications :
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experienced in CPR first aid firefighting and crowd control.
- Previous experience in security work and certified by law enforcement.
- Basic budgeting accounting and financial management.
- Project planning tools and processes.
- To have thorough knowledge of all SOPs and P&Ps for Security Department
- To have thorough knowledge of local rules and regulations
- To have extensive knowledge of hospitality sector especially upper luxury segment
- To have thorough knowledge about Raffles brand values LQA Standards and Forbes Standards
- To have advance knowledge of Trophy Budget and P&L process.
