OHS Performance Advisor
About the opportunity
The Self-Insurance OHS Performance Team forms part of an integral function supporting the sustainability and effective oversight of the self-insurance model providing input into the assessment of self-insurer occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) performance.
The OHS Performance Advisor supports the strategic delivery of the OHSMS Assurance Program (Program) by providing strategic program oversight governance and stakeholder leadership for the OHSMS Assurance Program including direct responsibility for program outputs data interpretation evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is key to underpinning the smooth and efficient delivery continuous improvement and success of the program using innovative ways of working.
