Job Summary
Are you dependable hands-on and eager to learn Were looking for a motivated Entry-Level Shop Technician to join our production team. This is a great opportunity to build skills in woodworking cabinetry and manufacturing while working in a clean professional and team-oriented environment.
No prior cabinet experience required we provide training.
What Youll Do
Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom closet components
Operate shop equipment (training provided)
Support material handling prep work and packaging
Maintain workstation organization and cleanliness
Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working with tools and equipment
Ability to lift/move materials (up to 50 lbs)
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Shop warehouse or construction experience
Familiarity with basic hand tools
