Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs visual and dimensional checks on materials assemblies tube details components and finished products.
  • Inspect and test components parts tube details and assemblies to validate conformance to blue prints and instructions by customer and to company operating
  • Determines appropriate fittings (feeds and caps) to perform the test
  • Lifts positions connects disconnects and removes work pieces from pressure test tank
  • Performs testing based on specific PSI and time limits as outlined by our customers to ensure quality standards
  • Utilize tank interlocks and all safety mechanisms
  • Observe test inspect for bubble formation seepage or water droplets
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Consistently regularly and predictably at work and on time
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications :

Education Certifications Licenses & Registrations
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
