Job Summary
Allisonville Home & Garden by Sullivan an upscale home boutique and garden center in Fishers is searching forResidential Landscape Installation Technicians for our nursery.
Duties:
- Collecting trees on property and loading them into a truck
- Installing trees and shrubsper our brand standards using only hand tools
- Cleaning up and leaving the customers yard in pristine condition
- Sharing care information with the customer
- Reconciling paperwork daily
- This position may occasionally assist with landscape installation perform deliveries for all departments and occasional work in the store based on company needs
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Practical experiencewith plant installation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Positive mature team player
- Strong independent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Work Environment:
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions including extreme heat cold and rain
- Working on customers properties with varying ground conditions
- This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to lift heavy objects and be able to sustain a heavy level of physical activity every day

Schedule: Primarily weekdays. Shifts start early and run until the days work is complete
