Registered Nurse (RN) Job Duties:
- Perform care as defined by clients individual Plan of Care and within scope of statesnurse practice act.
- Monitor patients condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local state andfederal laws.
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Providing care in the clients home and doing so with respect and compassion to help ensurethe highest level of comfort and care.

Position Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Texas
- 1 year experience as an RN in home health and/or infusions
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Reliable car / auto insurance.
- Valid and unrestricted drivers license
- Current BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current Negative TB or Negative X-Ray
