- Nurturing robust relationships with existing partners
- Reaching out to both new and current clients and creating new opportunities
- Examiningpast orders to strategise and predict customer requirements
- Take care in maintaining a record of interactions and orders on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Supporting theCustomer Service Team with the execution of upselling
