- Grade 12
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with professional grooming
- Previous experience in social media advertising and managing different social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills: analysing data to identify trends patterns and insights to improve customer interactions and strategies
- Technical proficiency: understanding CRM software and tools to configure customise and troubleshooting issues that may arise
- Project management skills: ability to plan execute and monitor CRM projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Marketing and event organising experience
- Customer-centric mindset: focus on understanding customer needs and behaviour to personalise interactions and enhance customer experiences
- Problem-solving skills: able to quickly identify and address issues that may impact CRM performance or User experience
Key Performance Areas:
- Analyzing customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer relationships and sales
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and increase customer loyalty
- Collaborate with sales marketing and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of CRM initiatives
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns that aim to increase sales and create awareness of the brand
- Create and submit marketing plans
- Report on Corporate Events monthly
- Plan and execute customer board meetings that reflect on data drawn from the CRM systems
