The role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Operations & Excellence Specialist to strengthen the operational backbone of our finance function.

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring day-to-day excellence across procurement and finance processes and tools. You will support stakeholders across the organisation enforce intake discipline and drive consistent adoption of systems and workflows.

You will play a key role in maintaining structure efficiency and control in a fast-scaling multi-entity environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on operational rigour process clarity and continuous improvement.

What youll do

• Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of procurement and finance operational processes

• Act as the main point of contact for finance process and tooling queries

• Enforce intake discipline and ensure requests follow established workflows

• Monitor system usage and drive consistent adoption across teams

• Support stakeholders in navigating procurement and finance tools

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements

• Maintain documentation controls and process transparency

• Partner with Finance and other functions to ensure timely and accurate processing
  
  

What you need to have

• 4 years of experience in financial operations procurement operations or finance process roles

• Strong understanding of finance workflows and operational controls

• Experience working with ERP or finance systems

• High attention to detail and process discipline

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively

• Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving

• Comfort operating in a fast-paced high-expectation environment
