What You Will Do:
Play a lead role providing project level insights into portfolio performance on Liquids Pipelines Mainline Programs to internal partners and customers.
Collaborate with key business partners across Core Programs Major Projects Operations IT and business unit customers to ensure integration of tools data and tracking systems supporting LP Mainline program performance.
Single point of contact for analytics developing and managing critical metrics (e.g. cost per unit cost and schedule performance productivity etc.).
Steer high frequency probabilistic reporting processes that support what-if analytic and investigative exercises to enhance decision making for achieving capital targets.
Lead the development and sustainment of centralized analytics tools and reporting products.
Maintain automated and interactive dashboards that are accessible and actionable for key partners.
Who You Are:
Related university degree in an applicable subject area such as business engineering statistics data science or a combination of related experience and certifications.
You bring 7 years of progressively responsible experience in project management controls business management or analytics or a related field. Note 10 years of experience is required without a degree.
Proven interpersonal communication negotiation and leadership skills. This includes the ability to develop collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners.
Experience in managing performance management frameworks cost management scheduling and forecasting practices.
You have expertise with benchmarks to define track and improve important measures to assess real success.
You are fluent in project systems such as Oracle Primavera MS Excel and reporting visualization tools (e.g. Power BI). Proven capabilities utilizing data management and analytical tools such as Python SQL PowerBI or Databricks to manage information and present results in a visual meaningful way.
Would require a valid passport to work and travel to the US and Canada.

Salary: $114800 - $150000/year USD
