Job Scope
Supporting the Customer Education & Training Associate Director in defining the local plan. Execution of Customer Education and Training Activities to be conducted in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Galderma code of ethics and local and international standards and regulatory requirements for medical device pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products. Full responsibility on Hands on training plan.
Technical Skills :
Education/Training : Pharmaceutical/Scientific university degree
Fluent in English
Work Experience: 4/5 years
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:
Proven verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross culturally
Experience on the field with HCPs
Strong communication skills across listening verbal and written
High levels of accuracy
Strong ability to manage multi-tasking and stressful event activities
Networking / Relationship Management
Can work to tight / strict deadlines
Consolidated experience in project management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Line Manager in the creation of the annual BU training and education plan to HCPs ensuring relevant needs of various customer types are covered
Accountable for planning & execution and follow up of Training events: Masterclasses Hands on congress activities
Serves as a project management subject of reference for agencies and other third parties involved in the plan organizations
Interact with compliance/ reg/med to make sure training sessions are done according to SOP rules
Sample shipment management for Training events
Support in management of KOLS
Build relationships with specific KOLs
Support in Building development plans for all trainings
