We are a DTC brand incubator operating across the US Malaysia and the Philippines. We specialize in building scaling and optimizing consumer brands in beauty wellness health lifestyle and personal care with several brands now reaching 7 to 8 figures in annual revenue.

Our journey started with Goda Perfume which scaled rapidly through creative-led growth performance marketing and strong operational systems. After proving our model works we expanded into building and acquiring additional high-potential DTC brands. Today we run an integrated ecosystem where creative operations performance media and product development work together to grow brands from concept to scale.

Core Criteria (US DTC Fragrance Focus)
1.Proven DTC E-commerce Experience (US Market)

  • Minimum24 yearsworking withUS DTC brands

  • Strong preference forbeauty fragrance wellness or highly niche products

  • Understands US consumer psychology buying triggers and cultural nuance

2.Paid MediaFirst Creative Mindset (Meta-Centric)

  • Deep familiarity withMeta ads (Facebook & Instagram)creative strategy

  • Clear understanding of the difference betweenorganic social content vs paid performance creative

  • Knows how creatives are built forscaling iteration and testing not just aesthetics

3.Experience with Aggressive Desire-Driven Marketing
Comfortable working withbold angles and strong emotional ads or has worked with products that rely heavily onmass desire transformation or emotional outcomes not just functional benefits

4.UGC & Performance Copy Expertise
Hands-on experience writing:

  • UGC video scripts

  • Performance-driven video ads

  • Static ad copies

Understands basic performance KPIs >> hook-rate retention and scroll-stopping frameworks etc.
Adept in writing ads messaging acrossTOF MOF BOF or levels of market awareness etc.

5.Agency or Freelance Background (Fast-Paced Environment)

  • Prior experience in anagency or freelance setuppreferred (remote)

  • Comfortable handlingmultiple briefs fast turnarounds and performance pressure

  • Used to working closely with a dynamic marketing ecosystem - Lead strategists marketing ops and cross collaboration with other strategists etc.

6.Strong Research & Market Awareness

  • Research-driven when developing new concepts not guessing

7.US Consumer Psychology & Cultural Fluency
Strong grasp of:

  • US Market in general (preferred if experienced in our niche (fragrance)

Can write in a tone that feelsnative to US audience

8.Proactive Ownership-Driven Team Player

  • Comfortable workingremotely across time zones

  • Highly proactive: flags gaps proposes angles and has a collaborative mindset

  • Can work independently but aligns well with a structured creative system (SOPs briefs feedback loops)


Write scripts for ads (UGC testimonial POV concept ads)
Build creative angles headlines and concepts
Review performance in Atria feedback loop
Collaborate closely with designers editors UGC creators
Input scripts into Master Database
Attend strategy & performance calls
Iterate based on performance insights

Scriptwriting Expectations
This role goes beyond writing copy. You are expected to:
Understand hook science retention and scroll-stopping frameworks
Write with intent for direct response not brand-only storytelling
Build scripts that align with platform best practices (Meta TikTok etc.)
Optimize for clarity emotional resonance and conversion efficiency
Balance speed and quality while maintaining high creative standards

What Success Looks Like in This Role
A successful Creative Strategist deeply understands what makes ads winnot just creatively but commercially.
You have a strong grasp of consumer psychology and know how to translate insights into scripts that stop the scroll build desire overcome objections and drive action. You dont evaluate creatives based on purchase value aloneyou analyze performance through metrics such as NCROAS CPC CPA ROI spend and scalability to understand true impact.

What matters most in this role is:
Research:
Deep audience and market research
Understanding pain points desires objections and buying triggers
Studying winning ads competitors and historical performance data

Writing:
Crafting compelling hooks angles and narratives
Writing high-converting UGC scripts with strong pacing structure and CTAs
Adapting messaging for different audiences markets and stages of awareness

Performance:
Reviewing creative results and identifying why ads win or lose
Iterating scripts based on real data not assumptions
Continuously improving creative win rates and reducing fatigue
Who will this person report to and will they have any direct reports
Reports to CMO and Lead Strategist
Internally - our strategists may handle:
1 major brand
or 2-3 smaller brands depending on workload.
Non-negotiables for this position
Must understand direct response not just brand copy
Must be comfortable with fast pace and iteration
Must follow SOPs and systems properly
