Under general supervision the Student Account Coordinator performs a wide range of student and third-party accounting functions supporting Tseng College programs. Duties include processing refunds withdrawals enrollment changes and appeals; reviewing and reconciling accounts; responding to inquiries; supporting sponsorship billing; and ensuring accurate timely financial transactions and communications.
