3-6 month contract-to-hire
$50000 to $60000 bonus

$50K-$60K salary upon FTE conversion

Own tickets from start to finish
IT support across office and warehouse
Troubleshoot desktops laptops printers scanners phones handheld devices
Support Warehouse Management systems and automation printers
Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
Manage Active Directory access
Maintain hardware/software inventory
Create documentation and train end users
Communicate clearly with staff and senior leadership
Fully on-site multiple nearby buildings within close proximity
7am-4pm or 8am-5pm ok to work through lunch to leave early
Great communicator who can fix the issue and explain it clearly to the user
Required
100% on-site
Drug / nicotine screening
Great communication skills
4 years of IT support experience
Excellent customer service mindset
Analytical troubleshooting and resolution experience
O365 / M365 SharePoint OneDrive Active Directory support
Warehouse technology support (scanners label printers WM systems)
Nice to Have
SQL knowledge
College degree or certifications
Experience supporting multi-site operations
Experience documenting IT configurations and change management
